Today Belrosbank is a universal financial institution, one of the largest participants of Belorussian bank services market being in top 10 banks in terms of key indices (equity, assets, loan portfolio) and providing services to more than 80 000 customers. Long-term strategy of the bank is aimed at strengthening of the leading positions in the segment rendering services to individual customers, strengthening of the corporate business, as well as active build-up of the SME's customer base.

Retail business is one of the key directions of the bank activities. Today Belrosbank is the 4th bank in terms of individual loans portfolio (USD 195,2 million) in the bank system of the Republic of Belarus, and such impressive growth results were achieved just 3 years after the start of rendering services to individuals. In many respects this was possible due to using simple and convenient products designed to satisfy certain requirements of customers, as well as effective development of the regional subdivisions of the bank being 29 full-format branches (15 in Minsk) and 9 points of sales in all large Belorussian cities.

Corporate business started to develop when the bank was established, providing services to major industries of the Belorussian economy: energy, petro-chemistry, machinery, municipality. Recently Belrosbank has been awarded honor to provide the Government with financial support in realization of the government programs. Only in 2009 the group Rosbank-Belrosbank provided Belorussian economy enterprises with USD 1,8 billion of financing.
An important event for strengthening positions of the SG Group in Belarus was the Memorandum on Cooperation signed in 2009 between the Belorussian Government, Societe Generale, Rosbank and Belrosbank, for common realization of projects for support of import and export of machinery and equipment, technologies and services, and attracting foreign investments for build-up of the export potential of the Republic of Belarus.
