Societe Generale’s history in Belarus dates back to the first decade of the 20th century. At that time two offices of Northern Bank were opened: one in Minsk and the other in Gomel. Today Societe Generale in Belarus is represented by Belrosbank, a universal financial institution which is one of the leaders of the banking sector of Belarus.
