What happens after applying?

Description of the process

The structure and the length of the selection process depends on the type of the position you are applying for.

The selection process usually consists of following steps:

  • assessment of resumes, pre-selection of candidates
  • from 1 to 3 rounds of interview with human resources consultant and future line manager
  • feedback
We also use other forms of employee selection:
  • We select proper candidates on commercial positions through Assessment Center.
  • When recruiting specialists and especially managers we use a checklist method above the interviews which helps us to identify the personal characteristics of candidates.

When we will get back to you?

We will inform you at the end of the interview which steps will follow – for example when you can expect our standpoint (be patient, sometimes it can take even few weeks).

If you succeed in the selection process, we will address you with the job offer. After mutual agreement of cooperation and the start date, signature of the contact follows.
