Relationship manager

Telephone Banker and Telesales Specialist
Komercni banka has two modern Call Centers, in Liberec and Zlín. In Call Centers, the most frequent positions are Telephone Banker servicing clients of the Express Line and Telesales Specialist, whose main responsibility is offering products and services to clients of SG Group in the Czech Republic and consultancy.
Employment in the Call Center can be exercised either by internship, which is particularly appreciated by students and young graduates, mothers on maternity leave and those who prefer flexible working hours, or on full-time employment.
Working in the Call Center is interesting, dynamic and suitable for communicative people and team players. It enables to start professional career quickly and also offers opportunities for further development and growth especially on sales positions.
Auditor
This is one of the positions which provide the possibility of working in different audit assignments with many KB departments. It entails planning, preparation and execution of audit engagements on financial and accounting processes, as well as participation in the planning of both annual and strategic audit engagements, follow-up of completed corrective actions, evaluation of processes and procedures within the bank and also proposing and reviewing of audit methodology.
Financial analyst
You handle activities pertaining to calculations and studies of the KB group internal and external financial environment, budgets, plans and reports to provide the data and information necessary for high quality decision management at KB/SG Group.
Risk specialist
If our clients place their trust in us, it is because they know that KB does everything possible to identify risks and deal with them at the earliest possible stages. The role of the Risk department personnel is to help the bank measure, control and manage risks so as to support the sales divisions in their business development activities. They therefore operate in all the Group's activities, under the supervision of the Risk Division.
"I have been working in Société Générale Group since 1998 and throughout this time I have specialized in business and customer relationship management. I had begun my career as an assistant Relationship Manager for VIP clients at an SG branch in Prague. Once KB was integrated into the SG Group, I quite naturally joined KB as a Banker, then I worked for corporate clients as a Relationship Manager and am currently Deputy Head of Corporate Banking for the Prague Region. Via the KB programs which I take part in, I can work on my further professional development.
