SGSS Deutschland KAG
SGSS Deutschland Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH with its managed assets of round 70 Billion Euro (Date: 30.04.2011) is one of the established Securities Services companies in Germany and specializes in fund administration services. Our core services for institutional investors, asset managers and investment companies are: Insourcing Services, Master-KAG Services, and Asset Servicing. Our services spectrum encompasses a broad range of services, such as the coordination of the asset manager, fund accounting, legal and customer specific reporting as well as performance measurement/-attribution and risk controlling.
SGSS Fund Distribution Services
SGSS Fund Distribution Services (FDS) provides fund distribution support for international investment companies. European Funds Services (EFS), a subsidiary of Société Générale Security Services (SGSS), provide registrar services as a central Transfer Agent. We accept subscriptions and redemptions in units of the fund. We wire money to the fund and back to shareholders. We provide the reporting to the fund and other relevant participants like tax authorities. EFS is located in Luxembourg, Hamburg, Dublin and Hong Kong. With our 180 employees we support the processing of funds for different investment companies worldwide.

For 60 years GEFA Gesellschaft für Absatzfinanzierung mbH and GEFA-Leasing GmbH are successfully working as Bank and Leasing Company, specialised on financing products for business costumers. We are financing equipment in different areas, e.g. industry, construction, agriculture, aeroplanes, ships, vans, buses, medical science, IT, and office equipment. We are partner for medium size businesses for investments or PoS activities.With more than 700 employees at 12 locations GEFA is part of the Société Générale and represents the in Europe leading sales and investment financing brand SG Equipment Finance in Germany.
The OnVista Group is an Internet enterprise with focus in the area of the finance markets. In a commercial model unique in Germany OnVista unites independent finance information with the offer of a modern on-line broker. Two brands belong to the OnVista Group: Most-used finance main entrance of Germany OnVista.de and the OnVista bank. Above the main entrance and the bank offers the OnVista Group to finance information and security trade from a hand. The OnVista Group occupies in the locations Cologne and Frankfurt about 100 employees.

Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe AG (BDK) is a car manufacturer independent Bank, specialized on leasing and financing in the car seller market. We and our partner ALD Lease Finanz GmbH provide car sellers with complete financing- and leasing-products and guarantee fast and efficient administration. BDK was founded in 2000 with the objective to support the independence of car sellers from manufacturers and established its business successfully.
Hanseatic Bank is a modern, close to market Bank with headquarter in Hamburg and 10 branches in Germany. Specialised on Financing in Retail Banking we provide our customers with several modern services. Offering our private customers personal and mortgage loans, we are a valuable partner for our business clients in the area of sales financing. With our more than 400 employees we achieve a balance around 1,8 billion €.
EUROPARC GmbH is the German SOGEPROM Group subsidiary, the real estate development company of the Société Générale Group.
