You grow : we grow

Societe Generale makes it easier for you to find a job or to get back into the corporate world with its part-time training programmes.
These programmes are available in France.

“Societe Generale is voluntarily committed to helping young people find employment. Therefore, over the last few years we have developed a dynamic part-time training programme. Each year, over 1,000 individuals participate in the Group's part-time training programme in France.
Today, our recruitment policy for young people is in line with the Government's objective to have 1 young person out of 5 participating in a part-time training programme by 2015.”

“Recruitment through part-time training programmes means preparing for the future by "custom" training a professional by passing on our know-how and culture.”

Anne Marion-Bouchacourt,  Group Human Resources Director, Societe Generale
