Customer relations are crucial to client satisfaction.
Your key role in the branch will be to carry out all commercial banking operations (customer relations, daily banking transactions, etc.). You also advise customers and sell core banking products and services.
This position leads to the rapid acquisition of an excellent knowledge base of retail bank products, and is a preparation for a role as a Customer Advisor.
You will lead a team, managing a branch. Your main responsibilities are the supervision of business and customer relations with your clients, the implementation of business initiatives and the search for new customers. Your experience will also lead you to take charge of a portfolio of personal, professional and/or company clients.
You will be responsible for the branch’s budget and profitability, for supervising levels of commitment and risk, and will set your colleagues business targets as well as providing them with the resources to achieve them.
Your inclination for operational management will lead you towards becoming Manager of a larger branch, or overall responsibility for a number of branches. This position also has potential for progress into cross-marketing roles within a region (strategic analysis, design and implementation of marketing initiatives).
Your role will be to carry out inspection missions overseeing all of the Bank’s entities and subsidiaries. The Inspector analyses the various business lines and procedures, detects problems, puts forward recommendations, draws up conclusions and produces summary reports.
The role involves creating and implementing external communication strategies for the bank and its subsidiaries, for corporate, media and non-media campaigns.
For corporate communications you are the lead point of contact with the communication consultants, working on the brief, establishing creative direction, working out media plans, steering the consultancy’s creativity, setting the budget and supervising production. You are in charge of financial communications and the bank’s institutional publications. You also propose and organise PR events.
For external communications about the bank’s products, you are the lead contact with Marketing, drawing up the annual action plan for product promotions (media campaign, sales promotions, poster campaigns, customer mailings, etc.).
You are responsible for designing, adapting and supervising operational and commercial development of banking product lines and services. You coordinate promotional activity and product launches, as well as creating information documents for internal or customer use.
You are responsible for a portfolio of recovery dossiers and your role is chiefly to supervise and support the network’s business teams working on recovery, to analyse incoming dossiers from the network and study the conditions for successful recovery, to compile reports of various types and manage and coordinate the dossiers passed on to the legal teams.
The role focuses on IT project management and organisation missions. For large scale projects you will steer the different stages: opportunity studies, requirements and operational specifications, project qualification, carrying out change, drawing up user guides, training and user support.
You are responsible for implementing products and services, in compliance with specifications drawn up by project owners. You work on IT solutions and project implementation.
The legal expert is called on by the operational departments, taking on various missions: conducting legal studies, contributing to exploring financial implications of a legally complex situation, managing dispute dossiers, and negotiating and drawing up contracts for new banking products and services.
