You may be in your final year at university or you may have already graduated. You may also possess some relevant industry experience, maybe through a summer internship. You are keen to be part of the banking world.

Our global graduate programme covers all our regions (AMER, ASIA, EURO, France, and UK). Recruitment activity commences almost a year ahead of the programme start date when our graduates join the Bank. Graduate programme positions are offered in the following business lines and resource functions: Investment Banking, Global Finance, Global Markets, Accounting & Finance, IT and Operations.

The minimum requirements you must meet to be considered for a graduate opportunity are:
- Be in the final year of your degree or have graduated from a university, business or engineering school
- Have an excellent academic record
- Be fluent in English. Some roles require you to speak another language and will be specified
- Possess strong numeracy skills and the technical and soft skills specified in the job specification you apply for
- Having experience within the banking industry is an advantage, but is not a requirement
- Potentially be interested in having an international career
At first
Your initial application allows us to gather information about you, your interests and your academic record. You are therefore asked to complete an online application form. You are then notified by e-mail once your application has been successfully submitted.
Online test
Successful candidates will be invited to take an online numerical test.
Phone Interview
Candidates who pass the test will be invited to a telephone interview. This will give us an opportunity to find out more about your experience, motivation and relevant skills.
Assessment Centre
Candidates selected after the telephone interview will be invited to attend the Assessment Event in either Europe (Paris and London) or Asia (Hong-Kong) from November 2011.
Finally
Shortly after the Assessment Centre, successful candidates will be offered a position in the Global Graduate Programme, starting in Summer 2012.
