Our Recruitment and Induction policy

Today, we are 850 plus employees and have plans to grow higher in the coming years. We are continuing with the growth objective and our endeavor is to move up the value-chain.

The Bangalore centre recruits over 300 staff each year across varied skill sets. Most of the staff have 2 - 10 years of experience, thus giving the company a young and dynamic outlook. The staff at SG GSC finds the environment an exicting place and usally refer their friends and past colleagues to join the company. Over 30% of the recruitment today happens through employee referrals.

Each staff on joining is taken through a structured induction process to ensure clarity of job and purpose.
