The role of Client advisor customer service at Societe Generale is to respond to our customers’ requests through various channels (phone, app, website, chat, email, etc.) when their adviser in the branch is not available. PROFIL

This is an accessible profession requiring no banking experience.
 

TRAINING

When they join the company, advisers receive very comprehensive, personalised training according to their career history and skills.
On a daily basis and for ongoing training purposes, call debriefs with the team leader are regularly organised as well as sharing with senior advisers to learn from their methods!



DEVELOPMENT

Eventually, the customer service adviser can become a senior adviser, an assistant manager, and perhaps even a team leader! It is a real career accelerator for growth within customer service or the Societe Generale group.
