Step 1 - Application

Step 2 - Shortlist
Our recruitment teams analyse your application, and if your profile matches the skills required for the post, you will be shortlisted. A telephone interview may be conducted at this stage depending on the types of profile or the post in question.
Step 3 - Selection
If you are shortlisted, your profile is sent for examination by operational staff and their advisors in our human resources department.
If your profile matches their criteria, you will be invited for an interview. The advisors in our human resources department will evaluate your behavioural competencies and your reasons for joining our Group. The operational staff will evaluate your mastery of the technical skills required for the post.
You may be required to take tests or participate in group sessions at this stage, depending on the types of profile or the post in question.
Step 4 - Hiring
If you are selected for the position, our human resources department will get in touch with you to draw up an employment contract.
