Starting on the right foot

To help new employees get up to speed quickly, they receive support through an individual training program during their first few months on the job.

Throughout your career within SGBT, you have access to various technical and behavioural training programmes adapted to your activity. They are developed with the help of top specialists in your profession, universities and renowned training institutes. We have developed a specific training programme for those working in our securities business in collaboration with the IFBL, the Luxembourg institute of bank training. Societe Generale has also set up a private institute that specialises in wealth management training.
