Accounting Consolidation & Reporting Analyst – Senior

As a Accounting Consolidation & Reporting Analyst – Senior, you will be part of the Accounting & Reporting Team of Finance Division and contribute to Teams’ responsibilities by preparing financial reports, analytical reviews, documentation of controls and proposals on the transformation of the processes in line with regulatory changes or the latest available digital solutions.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Contribute to the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements;
  • Contribute to the preparation of  quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements and the reconciliation between IFRS Group deliverables and Regulatory reports;
  • Prepare a sub-set of accounting notes, as part of the IFRS financial notes;
  • Prepare reconciliations between Finance and Risks data;
  • Post and document consolidation adjustments;
  • Identify, document and explain data trends, as drivers for the  completion of Analytical Review (individual per entity and consolidated for groups of entities);
  • Participate to projects of Continuous Improvement and/or IT-Finance  processes transformation, in line with the objectives of the Team;
  • Assume responsibility on his/her area of activities by constantly updating the Standard of Practice  (e.g. policies & procedures, process diagram, RACI, etc) in line with the control framework in place;
  • Participate to transversal initiatives/projects meant to digitalise Finance processes by usage of technologies as PowerBI and Alteryx;
  • Prepare other reports and analysis requested by our Partners and/or management.

Profile required

  • Relevant experience in Accounting and Reporting  departments or financial audit companies of min 7-8  years;
  • Advanced English  and intermediary French, would be a plus;
  • Analytical thinker, data proficient user and able to coordinate with other stakeholders in order to meet deadlines;
  • Familiarized with the usage of reporting platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc);
  • IFRS knowledge, ACCA certification or ACCA program in progress, would be a plus.
