Responsibilities

ABOUT THE JOB:

The Global Technical Services organization (GTS) provides Infrastructure Engineering, Project Management and Administration for all staff and applications worldwide.

The Digital Workplace Services (DWS) Group is responsible for all services delivered to end-users like Desktop Services (Physical/virtual or mobile workstations, printing services), Unified communication services (Messaging, Phones, and meeting room conferencing solutions), collaboration services, user facing support functions and all associated technical services (collaborative tools, messaging, desktop engineering, security, technical directories) and all infrastructure services that support these services like User data management, IT directories and Multi-factor authentication, Packaging and software deployment services.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

Active Directory Services

  • Active Directory troubleshooting of domains and provide L3 support for incident management.
  • Active Directory consolidation & migration activities.
  • Apply standard group security policies.
  • Provide support to application teams for application integration.
      • Define OU tree and delegations.
      • Deliver package to create groups, service accounts, policies, and delegation model.
      • Ensure security level of new trusted AD forest.
      • Set trust relationships.
  • Help with users/resources/applications migration.

Data Management

      • Administer / Support file services and DFS.
      • Manage CIFS shares and permissions, on multi-sites environment.
      • Merge / Reorganization of Folders / Shares.
      • Support infrastructure providing end users data in his/her workplace (DFS, Login Script, File Share Service).
      • Review capacity planning (share occupancy and forecast)

Account Management

      • Provide support to application teams for management of their Accounts/Groups/Admin-Accounts in Active directory, using either standard Microsoft tools, homemade provisioning tools or external Identity Management solution.
      • Create groups in Active Directory to support Projects/Need

Profile required

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:         

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and 2016.
  • Microsoft Active Directory
      • DNS, NTP, DHCP, replication, trusts
  • Strong authentication.
  • PKI Management.
  • ADFS & Office365.
  • Data Management (CIFS, ACL NTFS, DFS).
  • Scripting (Visual Basic, PowerShell)
  • Azure (AD connect)

Competencies:

  • Experience in troubleshooting.
  • Experience in consolidation activities.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design AD integration with enterprise solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management.
  • Architecture/design and implementation experience
  • Agile practices are a plus
  • You’re client oriented, and you’d like to teach and explain in a simple way complex problematic
  • You are comfortable using communication tooling (PowerPoint, digital tools, workshops, etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • ITIL
  • Agile practices are a plus

Language requirements:

      • French and English
