Responsibilities

• Supporting the CAO in his tasks;

• Participation in the monthly data collection processes necessary for the invoicing process;

• Development of financial and risk reports and analyses;

• Preparation of Business Line dashboards and reports;

• Effective collaboration with all cross-cutting departments in the KYU business line;

• Periodic reporting (actual vs. budgeted values);

• Collection of department reporting data required for invoicing, intra BL validation, validation of non-billable amounts, PG, data cleaning at HC/Sofi allocation (cost center, custome, tariff sheet codes);

• Checks and reports on cost allocation per own BM and per own cost center and explanations of variations based on received data;

• Responsible for the development and construction of reports that contain information on budgets and estimates: forecasts and standard models, centralization of HC collection, intra and inter BL invoicing and validation of data that will not be re-invoiced;

• Monthly monitoring and follow-up for Direct Costs based on actual versus budgeted data: explanations of variations for direct costs - absolute / total and per FTE, generation of FTE reports, staff cost report, FTE allocation for each onshore partner monitoring and follow-up of change;

• Monitoring the relationship with the leasing companies and managing the relationship with other departments in SG GSC;

• Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other progress metrics for all tasks.

Profile required

• Knowledge of change process and techniques (relating to process review, implementation of new practices, etc.)

• Previous experience in the financial field would be an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of related reporting tools (eg Excel, Power Point);

• English - advanced level;

• Knowledge of the French language - minimum level B1;

• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Good time management and good organization of daily activities;

• Curiosity, dynamism and excellent social skills;

• High level of flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
