Responsibilities

  • Headcount reporting data collection, intra BL validation, non-billability validation, PG’s, data sanitation on HC allocation (cost center, client, rate card codes etc) ;
  • Periodical reporting (actuals vs budgets) ;
  • Checks and reports on allocation of costs per own BM and per own Cost centers and explanations of variations based on data received ;
  • Support development of budgets & forecasts: schedule and templates, HC collection centralization, intra and inter BL billability and non-billability validation ;
  • Monthly monitoring and follow up for Direct Costs on actuals versus budget: variances explanations for direct costs – absolute/ total & per FTE, FTE report production, staff costs report, FTE allocation per onshore partners monitoring and variation follow-up ;
  • MRM : Prepare MRM KPIs analysis for the monthly presentation within the Network (GSC) ;
  • Any ad-hoc reporting requested by the management ;
  • Monitor relationship with Leasing companies and administration of the relationship with SG GSC
  • Communicates progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other relevant metrics progress for all the tasks ;
  • Knowledgeable of business-line daily operations, processes and technologies used ;
  • Involvement in transversal projects within business line.

Profile required

  • Knowledge of process and change techniques (related to process review, implementation of new practices, etc.) ;
  • Previous experience in the financial field would be a plus ;
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting related tools (e.g.: Excel, Power Point) ;
  • English - advanced level ;
  • French skills – minimum B1 level ;
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal ;
  • Good time management and organization of daily activity ;
  • Curious, dynamic and have great social skills ;
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to the changing environment.
