Agent in Back Office Post Exchange – M/F/D

The key responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

• Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits)
• Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action
• Processing of charges and corrections
• Cooperation with other Departments of Société Générale
• Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules

We expect from the candidates:

• B2/C1 English
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and very good organization of work
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to take initiative
• At least Bachelor's degree or work experience in a bank/financial insitution
• Knowledge and understanding of banking products and settlements (SEPA, SWIFT, Target) especially in commercial payments will be an added value
• At least basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Authorization to work in Poland
