Trainings – Must provide site wide agile training courses and workshops like Agile Basics, Scrum Basics, Scrum Master Basics, Product Owner Basics, Kanban Basics, Agile Engineering Practices and Agile Metrics & ROI. Identify and coach emerging Agile talent.

Tools& Practices – Must support the effective adoption of tools like Jira, Visual Management tool in a way that is compatible with Agile Principles for greater utilization of Agile practices by teams.

Agile Communities – Must be able to Organize and facilitate community coaching camps, coaching clinics, workshops, CoE/CoP events to satisfy unmet needs related to Agile and Product Life Cycle adoption (PLC). Help continuously develop and improve training courses and workshops as needed.

Agile Culture – Must be able to Mentor local Agile Coaches, Exco leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams in continuously improving Agile maturity and effectiveness.

Profile required

  12+ years of relevant experience in IT industry

   4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

   5+ years of experience as a Agile Coach.

   5+ years of using Agile practices to deliver software solutions.

   Should have proven experience of leading at least one large program (Over 5 Scrum teams) in the capacity of an Agile coach.

   Must have proven experience of working with multiple teams with varying levels of Agile Maturity 

   Must be able to apply an Agile, evidence based approach to inspect and adapt the ROI of Agile in terms of business value.

   Handson Devops experience - Suggest and help the teams implement the appropriate tools(Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Docker, etc) for CI/CD in IT Infrastructure Domain and microservices based development

   Expert in XP engineering practices (TDD/BDD, etc)

   Experience in delivering classroom training sessions

   Collaborate with Architects teams to understand and help implement the guidelines
