Within the Société Générale, you will join Global Technology Services (GTS), which is the IT entity in charge of infrastructure, and you will help to develop the next generation user services delivered within Société Générale Group. Inside GTS you will part of the GTS RO PM Chapter responsible to deliver throughout its project management team value added services to internal and client users.

Your focus will be to:

Leverage and implement Agile working methodologies to existing or new teams working either in full ownership or in distributed teams with tight contribution from other locations such as Paris or India. Transform teams and operations to adapt to new setups, adopting new governances and improving the process flow.

  • allocation 50% as Agile Coach and 50% assigned on other global strategical projects
  • evaluates the current Agile maturity of teams, follows adapted coaching to reach the required level
  • support the teams on Agile@scale values, principles, and practices
  • advise on Agile practices, roles, and responsibilities
  • tailor the best practices and coordinate with local and stakeholders from other locations
  • help the team to remove obstacles and help improve practices based on Agile values and principles
  • ensure periodic follow-up and coaching in the team improvement mindset
  • conduct awareness sessions, actively participates in Agile Forums, internal events
  • collaborate with other Agile Coaches from Paris and India to reach the maturity for distributed teams
  • listen and support teams in problem identification, root cause analysis and decision making
  • promote good delivery standard practices (CICD-continuous improvement continuous delivery)
  • organization and co-facilitation of agile ceremonies
  • analyse the processes and propose improvements to reduce the waste, ensuring appropriate deployment and adoption
  • design and development of key process transformation areas required to enable successful organizational set-up and implementation
  • identifies areas of automation and raises the proposal to dedicated teams
  • manage custom projects according to pipeline either local or client

Profile required

  • Fluent in English; French would be a plus;
  • Prooven practioner of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban,  SAFe, Lean .etc);
  • 3 years of practice as Agile/Scrum Master;
  • Stakeholder management, influencing skills;
  • Communication/change management
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Open mindeset, availability;
  • Organiational skills and strategical thinkng;
  • Strong social networking;
  • Dynamic, target-oriented;
