Responsibilities

The goal is to optimize costs and simplify systems in order to adapt to the new environment and gain competitive advantages. RESG operates in the fields of information systems, real estate, purchasing and consulting. Theentity is responsible for managing the corresponding channels.

RESG/GTS, the IT Infrastructure Department (Global Technology  Services), is at the heart of the transformation of Societe Generale's operating model.

In the PLT-GTC Platform  GoToCloudentity, Societe Generale is seeking to strengthen its ability to manage its entities, in particular by incorporating agility practices at scale on which we lack expertise:  LeSS,Spotify,  SoS  at  Scale,etc. This will allow us toexpand  our SAFe practice in place.

The Beneficiary wishes to improve the quality of the management of its IT systems.

As such, the Beneficiary wishes to benefit from the Service Provider's expertise in terms of Agile Coaching

In this context, the Service consists in contributing to:

- the promotion of Agile methods and frameworks. 

- the implementation of PI Plannings

- efficient control of PIs with 80% SAFe   predictability of the train

- innovation or automation tools for process.

Partially English-speaking environment.

The expected deliverables are:

- ensure the predictability of entities through regular monitoring and support to teams.

- A sharing of expertise around effective agility within entities.

- Updated tools and dashboards,allowing the identification of areas for improvement and definition of levers to.

- Follow-up of process automation tools.

- Ensure regular feedback sent on time to beneficiaries.

Profile required

RTE expectations :

• Promote the method/framework

o Apply method to the train

o Train the teams and other roles

o Provide tooling

o Build a systemic view with other pilots

o Help the Scrum Masters

• Organize the Program Increment Plannings

o Help to create the backlog

o Manage the logistic

o Animate the event

o Identify dependencies and ensure cross-trains alignments

• Pilot the Program Increment

o Follow up deliveries with teams and stakeholders

o Follow roadmap critical out of train topics (infrastructure, ...)

o Remove impediments/blockers and escalate major ones

o Monitor risks, measure impacts and take actions to mitigate them

o Ensure ceremonies and follow actions

o Synchronize

o Maximize teams predictability >70% (for teams having at least 1 PI experience)

• Innovate and plan

o Foster innovation (method, tooling, workflow, ...)

o Communicate results (focused minutes, newsletters) highlighting top priorities

o Do retrospectives (root causes analysis, ...)

o Do methodology watch and share with peers

• Perform all mandatory trainings before the deadline (eg. Go prod, compliance, antifraud… )
