Americas Compliance – Head of Program Management

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key departmental leader in support of the CCO and the Compliance Executive Committee, providing expert subject matter knowledge, insight, and expertise concerning Compliance and regulatory topics. 
  • Drive the delivery of regulatory programs, remediation efforts and other changes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Lead special projects directly on behalf of the CCO, including establishing and monitoring project plans, and coordinating all participants from across the domestic and global organization.
  • Oversee key deliverables required of the department to ensure follow-up and timely delivery.
  • Prepare materials and information for senior management, Compliance leadership and various committees (including Board-level). 
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiencies across the department.
  • Assist in structuring department meeting agendas, as well as seminars/workshops for the year with clear objectives.

Profile Required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  JD or MBA preferred 

  • 10+ years of financial services experience in compliance-related and/or regulatory organizations

  • Strong subject matter experience concerning US regulations applicable to complex organizations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders

  • Proven project management and organizational experience
