Within the Société Générale Hub Exchange System department (SWIFT, CRISTAL, ALISE), the Customer Service team is responsible for : 
> Managing the users’ accesses on the applications in the scope (SNAP, OTAWA, INTIX, ROCS, Cristal, Alisé and SWING/STARS).

> Managing the customer queries as first point of contact for HSE stakholders

> Managing  the RMA of all the SG entites (SWIFT interbank connections)

> Manage the communication for incidents
> Managing the SG internal directories
> Respecting the service legal agreement defined with our internal partners.

In this context, the Customer Service Assistant is in charge of : 
•    Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
•    Handling, acknowledging and resolving the access manag;ement requests for Asia perimeter recevied by emails 
•    Responding promptly to customer inquiries within the SLA and the instructions 
    Follow-up of requests 
    Work in cooperation with other supports team if necessary
    Keep the customer informed about the requests progress
•    Reporting any discrepancies to the management if necessary    
•    Managing Relationship Authorizations for the entire scope (Except VIP)
•    Managing SG internal directories ( FICLI… )

  • Understanding and Practice of Good communication in English 
  • Customer Centric
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Good Learning Attitude
  • Managing Customers's queries for a suite of applications 
  • Learning & Training Skills to conduct sessions for customers and new joiners
  • Able to work in rotational shifts
  • Ability to work in team
  • Good to have SWIFT Knowledge
