Responsibilities

- Perform invoice reconciliation & Request management for market data

- Validate the cost in the inventory tool and provide the allocation to the accounts department

- Manage access requests for market data services for users across business lines

- Prepare cost reports and exchange declaration for BL and exchanges

- Maintain consistent quality, Ability to work efficiently without supervision

- Effective contribution in team meetings and onshore weekly calls

- Always open to feedbacks & highlight areas of improvements.

- Maintain the internal logs accurately.

- Analyze and respond to all queries by internal and external contacts (both voice and emails)

- Ensure adherence of the process transactions as per the agreed SOP guidance

- Perform month-end checks for all regions and ensure smooth closing of inventory during month end close

- Perform cost allocation and provide monthly provision to Account Payable team.

- Proactive to suggest enhancement

- Should be a autonomous and curious

Profile required

- Holds a relevent Bachelores/Masters degree (B.com, BBA or MBA)

- 1-2 years experience in the banking industry

- Excellent communication Skills

- Good knowledge on Financial Markets, Market Data content and services.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and within tight time-lines, Excellent time management..

- Good knowledge on invoice processing and validation

- Expert knowledge on accounting 

- Understanding of Market Data Admin activities
