Responsibilities
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
- Provide Front Office Risk analysis and Reports to the trading desks and answer the requests related to the business
- Facilitate the operational management of the positions/new trades for the Front-Office
- Participate in the pricing chain reviews
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trading Support
- Production of Risk Analysis and key indicators for trading teams including intradays and other ad hoc risk analysis
- Contribute to fix production issues
- Improvement, automatization and implementation of Risk Analysis and reports processes
- Propose solutions to reduce recurring problems in workflows/pricing
- New projects follow up depending of trading needs and BMO roadmap
- Develop new tools in VBA and python
- Interact with Risk team as part of Front-Office whenever needed on the Official pnl / risks

- Accuracy/ Swiftness
- VBA and program languages appreciated
- Good working knowledge in Computer literacy
- Fluent in English, French is appreciated
- Knowledge of Financial Products
- Ability to work under pressure
- Curiosity/ appetite to take over/improve new tasks
- Good communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Top-level school, major in Finance or Engineering
