Responsibilities

Complete adherence to the SLA as agreed for the process (100% accuracy on the entire request processed)

Productivity, accuracy and adhering to SLA’s

Ownership of the task performed.

Ensure to escalate issues at the right time.

Ensure smooth functioning of BAU in TL’s/Manager’s absence.

Ensure there are no emails in ageing which are assigned.

Ensure to resolve all the queries within the agreed TAT.

Maintain timeliness & accuracy for all deliverables & ensure business is not impacted in your absence by creating 2 level back up.

Business Communication: Provide timely response - no mails to be unattended /use calls instead of back to back mails.

Preparation of checklist for the task assigned and updates SOPs on time.

Ensuring the accural of charges from client and business lines for all regions/location

Cross training and complete KT transfer to new resources.

No defaults on operation activities such as declarations to markets and chargeback’s.

Compliance with documentation and all approvals sought and recorded before sending out the declarations

Ensuring that all clients related guidance is followed with respect to qualifications, account information etc

Following the SLAs for all deliverables

Following the SLAs for all deliverables

Filing all the declarations in appropriate modules in the system

Responsible for adherence to global SLAs and KPIs relevant to Market Data and DMA/SDMA (scope of controls, reconciliation levels etc.)

Oversees the day-to-day functioning of the Market Data (MIDAS / DMA-SDMA)

Coordinates closely with US, EMEA and APAC based team members

Escalate issues with regards to client recharge and invoice discrepancies

Work with ITEC to optimize data accuracy, integrity and performance

Work with other departments including Compliance, Finance, Accounting and Client Services in issue resolution

Develops, proposes and gains approval on recommended process changes

Profile required

2-4 years experience with operations back ground

Ability to learn quickly and support the team

Willingness to work in APAC and EMEA shift

Knowledge on Capital Markets preferred
