Analyst - Cash Management

Responsibilities


  • Processing of the day-to-day Cash Management operations, comprises incoming, outgoing transfers, deposit placements, cheques and SD transactions
  • Processing of the day-to-day Cash Management operations, comprises incoming, outgoing transfers, deposit placements, cheques and SD transactions

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Cash Management transactions

  • Knowledge of local regulations and international Anti-Money laundering guidelines pertaining to sanctions monitoring and compliance

  • Payment investigation & reconciliation experience

  • Deliver professional and reliable service to internal and external customers with a sense of urgency

  • Assist manager of Back Office to ensure that the Bank’s policies, guidelines, control, regulatory, AML and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to.

  • Ensure that areas of non-compliance if any highlighted by auditors and compliance officers are followed up promptly and staff are briefed accordingly to prevent recurrence

  •  Contribute to various process improvement and other projects as allocated.

  • Review and ensure operational problems, complaints and queries are resolved promptly and satisfactory
  • Review new products and requirements with Business Units and set up procedures accordingly to ensure such delivery to customers

Profile Required

Functional Requirements 

  - You ideally have a previous experience in the banking or finance industry.

  - You are fluent in English; French knowledge would be highly appreciated.

  - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

  - Minimum of 1 year of experience into Cashh Mgt services in Banking domain

  - Flexible to work in shifts


Qualifications:

 - Graduate from a Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
