Responsibilities

Within the Client Service and Analysis (SCA Service Client Analyse) part of GTPS/GFL/SCF, the Analyst to ensures the good operational processing of the client payment flows. Analyst is in charge of performing analysis (level 2 user support) on technical anomalies detected by the supervision team or directly raised by clients. The Analyst manages the different steps to solve incidents on the payment flows applications.
Analysts are operating on 4 different scopes: Acquisition-Reporting, Correspondent Banking, European Desks and French retail network.
Analyst reports directly to the Team manager.
Analyst works very closely with the supervision team in India, the flow advisors and the experts of the 4 scopes.
Tasks :
Give advice and assistance to the internal clients/users from France Retail network, Back-Offices and Middle Offices about payments.

Receive and answer to requests issued by internal clients or by level 1 service users (SAU), always in cooperation with technical and functional support teams

Participate in recurrent incidents meetings of his scope.

Handle the technical or banking settings and takes in charge the complex analysis

Help the supervisors to understand the technical processing.

Participates actively in the preparation of banking releases in cooperation with the expert team in the “Filière”. He/She also ensures the post release controls with the supervisors and flow advisors.

Participate in the incident management process, by helping in the detection of defects, analyzing the impacts, writing and sending the communications to the users, partners and internal clients.

Be proactive and propose solutions to optimize internal processes and improve our daily actions.

Profile required

Good Analytical skills with 2 to 3 years of experience in Payments Platform
