Responsibilities

Policy Administration:

  • Maintaining & Formulating HR / Company Policies. Orientation across teams and abiding by law.
  • Revamping the existing policies. Formatting them in the standard approved format and relooking at them & changing them where ever necessary, with approvals
  • Updating and revamping Intranet
  • Attending to employee queries and assisting them with HR Support

Benefits Administration:

  • Vendor management. Reviewing endorsements and invoices. Preparing vouchers. Maintaining CD Balance sheet up to date.
  • Grievance redressal.
  • Preparing detailed reports & presentations where necessary.
  • Staying updated on the labor laws on a regular basis.
  • Responding to HRBP’s / Internal clients / external clients, regards to various process & policies. 
  • Reviewing & validating SOP’s.
  •  Invoice Processing.
  • Loan against salary
  • Vendor contract renewal

Profile required

Education: MBA with specialization in Human Resources

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Skills Required:

Technical:

  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Sound business insight
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of effective employee engagement techniques
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Eye for details
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools

Functional:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Operations Management abilities
  • Understanding of Change Management methodologies
  • Experience of setting up and managing the process
  • Ownership and accountability
