Responsibilities


-Responsible for daily execution of defined operation process related to the project
-Adhere to and follow the defined SOP, ensuring set targets are met.
-Ensure maximum resolution of assigned breaks by understanding the DOCS system, along with other internal workflows and softwares.
-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to further project targets.
-Assist in development of processes to resolve root causes that prevents future breaks.
-Be flexible and an excellent team player
