Responsibilities

- Declare the staff in the different tools (e.g. Gershwin, Pulsar…) - Process and analyse the access requests on the perimeters Arpege, MAIA… - Manage the tools accesses in some business applications - Provide assistance to users as a level 1 help-desk on habilitations incidents - Accompany managers on the application OSMA - Process and follow-up the claims, and escalate when needed - Manage the requests related to new rights/new applications by liaising with OSMA team - Coordinate publication of global reporting to IT Management  - Ensure the operational controls and related permanent controls

Profile required

As a tools provisioning officer, your main mission is to manage (allocate and revoke) the tools access for the local teams providing services to GTPS (GFL, OPE...) and be a transversal actor who collaborates with local managers and operational staff.

Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong ability to process requests and solve claims in a timely manner Strong ability to attentive listening and proactive proposal French profficiency Ability to work in an international environment.
