Reconciliation of data from 2 tools to find discrepancies in data.
Basic understanding on the resource management principles
Good reporting skills and ability to generate Excel based reports and PowerPoint based presentations. Good knowledge on the functionalities in Excel to process the data
A Good team player who can adopt to the team culture and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
Must be a quick learner and ready to adapt to changes within the ever changing IT Landscape.
Advanced Excel, Basics of VBA on Excel, Hands on Experice on Power BI will be an added advantage
Obtain timely inputs from the tribe managers and other business partner stakeholders for all key resource movements and efficiently reflect in the RM tools
Proactively analyze, assess & monitor changes in the staff plan to effectively forecast the landing of resources
Responsible to ensure that the consumption is accordance to the budget available
Cooperation and participation to the improvement of the Transformation and enhancement of team efficiency
