Own the day to day support on SAM activities (Software requests, License management, etc)
Managing daily email/support request for all SW requests/transfer requests
Perform Procured Vs deployed Reconciliation for in Scope Software
Manage the pool of available licenses for major vendors (In Scope)
Contribute and assist in required internal and external audit activities
Maintain relationship between software licenses and software contracts for assigned vendors.
Assist with and provide recommendations for ongoing process optimization
Monitor Common mailbox to manage all SW related communication from internal/external stakeholders
Software Un-installation for expired and unlicensed software
Track all new software installations
SAM process automation & provide recommendations for ongoing process optimization
Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports on software assets
Maintain and update management report on SAM activities
Good social skills to network with stakeholders, team members, business lines, etc
