Working within the Client Services Support Team candidate is expected to perform following activities:
Day to day account management for clients on world-wide markets including
Daily Client Margin calls and treasury reports
Client IT/ Static
Client liaison regarding exercises/assignments, first notice and last trading day notification and tracking, expirations and physical deliveries management.
Client liaison regarding cash management, interest, commissions and fees
Dealing with queries from clients ensuring problems are resolved promptly and efficiently
Responsibility for reading, understanding and complying with the Company’s Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations. You will be notified of changes to policies in a timely manner through announcements and/or intranet updates.
Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties. Your actions should always be able to satisfy high standards of scrutiny
Have a full understanding of daily tasks performed by the Team
Work Towards creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and support within the team
