Responsibilities

  • Respect the Systems Development Life Cycle procedures

  • Responsibility for reading, understanding and complying with the Company’s Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations. You will be notified of changes to policies in a timely manner through announcements and/or intranet updates.

  • Observe proper standards of market conduct.  Responsibility to ensure that you take reasonable steps to be fully aware of, understand and comply with all regulatory requirements from all regulatory bodies that are applicable to your business. 

Process/Delivery:-

  • Implement Organization strategies related to application transformation, cost reduction, foster innovation self and within the team. 
  • Should have a clear vision of the strategy implementation and be creative in overcoming the possible difficulties
  • Ability to quickly solve the problems, make decisions under pressure and take responsibility for the outcome.
  • Work within fast-paced agile development methodology (i.e. SAFe Agile) to accomplish our goals with entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • Team building, Talent management, retention and development
  • Program management, Release & Change Management, Agile development (Scrum), Incident and Problem Management.
  • Investment banking & exposure the PRIME brokerage would be added advantage.
  • Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize teams work to achieve them
  • Must be organized and have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
  • Strong planning, negotiation and analytical skills

Technical Skillset:-

  • Good knowledge on Investment backing, prime brokerage & Listed derivatives
  • Good knowledge on GMI - backoffice used for Listed derivatives processing
  • Hands-on development experience with a deep understanding of programming concepts  
  • Good experience or exposure on Micro Services architecture, Docker, Private Cloud.. 
  • Exposure to open source technologies and frameworks  
  • Translate functional requirement to techincal architectural designs 
  • Strong experience in Java, J2EE,Spring, TOMCAT, Spring Integration & web services.
  • Exposure to Web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, JMS messaging 

Relationship management

  • Build strong relationship by addressing customer  issues and complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinating with different teams to foster - exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss issues, concerns, updates etc,
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations and high priority requests from internal clients.

Profile Required

• Managing overall needs of the projects assigned.

• Understand the client’s expectations with respect to the service requirements and

deliverables for the activity.

• Provide periodic reports on the status of the services being provided for the various projects highlighting all matters relating to quality, adherence or otherwise to schedules,enhancements done, technical support provided etc.

Technical skills needed:

Java, .Net, DWBI(SSIS, SSRS, Informatica, Datastage), Salesforce, Cobol, BO, SQL, AS/400,Python, Infor product knowledge, Finacle scripting. "• Understand the requirement and analyse the impacts.

• Map between functional requirements and the design.

• Knowledge on Leasing/Retail banking/Trade"
