Application Support Analyst

  • Write automated batch processes
  • Develop control and business intelligence reports
  • Daily monitoring of job statuses and basic troubleshooting
  • Provide L1 and L2 support
  • Develop basic system enhancements
  • Fulfill change management process and deploy code changes
  • Quality Assurance for new enhancements
  • Setup automated scheduler
  • Perform infrastructure upgrades and patching
  • User request management

Profile required

  • Experience in scripting language (powershell, batch, unix, and etc)
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Programming background in object-oriented language such as C#/Java
  • Agile experience
  • CI/CD is a plus (Docker)
  • Knowledge in financial industry is a plus
