The Returnship programme is a 6-month paid contract designed for senior talent looking to re-integrate into the workforce and develop their skills.

Profile required

• Have been out of the workforce for more than 2 years
• Have minimum 8 years relevant professional experience prior to the break
• Have previous experience relevant to our areas of business (including in Technology and Operations, Human Resources, Compliance, Audit and Risk, Global Markets, Investment Banking and Advisory, Credit Risk, Finance, Communication, and Legal)
• Display qualities and values of Commitment, Responsibility, Team Spirit, and Innovation 
• Fluent English is mandatory
