The Returnship programme is a 6-month paid contract designed for experienced talent looking to re-integrate into the workforce and develop their skills. You will join a diverse and inclusive environment, where we foster a corporate spirit based on entrepreneurship, innovation and responsibility, enabling you to develop yourself and unleash your full potential.
Participants will have access to a tailored onboarding programme with trainings, mentoring and support to transition back to the work environment, as well as networking events and other advantages embedded in Societe Generale’s culture.
Upon completion of the programme, participants may receive an offer of full-time employment at Societe Generale.
