TRE/ALM team manages the Bank’s balance-sheet with the job functions such as liquidity risk management, money market funding, dynamic hedging, FTP setting, ALCO/PRICO management, regulatory ratio control and capital investment, etc.

  • Manage the ALM book with: FTP setting and publication, loan/depo quoting, liquidity risk monitoring and control, internal reporting, etc;
  • Management of ALCO & PRICO such as: organization, analysis and preparation, meeting minutes, etc;
  • Capital management : Investment and optimisation;
  • manage different ratios/limits to meet the regulatory and internal risk control requirement;
  • Back up for Treasury book management work when necessary.

Profile required

  • Academic  Background (degree and major): University or Business school graduate preferably with a higher degree or with Accounting and Finance qualifications
  • Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how: At least 3 years relevant working experience in ALM, Liquidity Risk management or relevant field
  • Skills & Competencies: Knowledgeable in local rules and regulations Strong analytical and synthetic skills. Solid knowledge in Liquidity Risk, Banking Book Interest Risk and Basel III (LCR and NSFR)
  • Language Skills: Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills both in English and Chinese
  • Computer Skill: Be familiar with MS Office.  Be familiar with Excel VBA
  • Professional Qualification: CFA
