Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

The role is for supporting senior banker to grow FI business while maintaining compliance scrutiny level and expediting internal process

  • Support senior banker to deepen the relationship with a portfolio of bank and NBFI clients with an aim to expand cooperation of full spectrum of business lines
  • Prepared bidding docs together with business line teams and coordinate among different supporting teams
  • Responsible for maintain relationship with Master Agreement reviewing team of clients and be the local contact for new signing and amendments negotiation
  • Undertake first level credit analysis, credit due-diligence and completion of credit files; Support senior bankers to develop credit file covering detailed company introduction, financial highlights, business scope, business strategy, shareholding structure, risk factors and mitigates, trading docs negotiation status and pipeline opportunities
  • Completing KYC procedures as well as account opening documents, and preparation of call reports.
  • Perform NBI data analysis and prepare portfolio review slides
  • Coordinate among various business lines, supporting functions and clients to solve non-recurring incidents

Other ad hoc tasks / relevant responsibilities as assigned by the management. 

Profile required

Academic  Background

 (degree and major)

Unviersity or Master degree in Finance

Working Experience /

Technical Skills & Know how

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in finance and accounting professional sphere
  • Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial institutions as a sector

Skills & Competencies

  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong skills in financial data analysis and business writing
  • Proactive and energetic, self motivated;
  • A team player with strong sense of ownership and good communication skills

Language Skills

Good command of written & spoken Mandarin/English, French speaking is a plus

Computer Skill

Well versed in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must)

Professional Qualification

CPA or CFA  qualification is plus
