Responsibilities

Experience: 2-6 yrs

Mandatory Skills: Campus recruitment

  • Deliver on all operations and services as per the Service level agreement and Standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all internal and statutory compliance factors are adhered to and risks are managed within the accepted framework.
  • Adhere to Business Continuity Process requirements.
  • Ensure correct Invoicing, Billing and Payment for all services / material availed and have an oversight of the budgets.
  • Timely and effective liaising with the external agencies for the smooth running.
  • Regular interaction with Vendors and Sub Vendors. Ensure vendors deliver services as per contract and agreed Service level Agreements.
  • Assess vendor performance through KPI reviews.
  • Contribute to innovation and process improvements.
  • Apply domain expertise in day-to-day operations.           
  • Manage simple case studies and challenges with minimal supervision.    
  • Manage and execute reports & provide analysis as required to management
  • Review and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business requirement documents.
  • Consistently surpass the accuracy and productivity levels.

Profile required

  • Successful completion of Graduation and or MBA in Human resources
  • Proven ability in being organized and ability to work under pressure
  • Intermediate level in negotiation skills
  • Advance level in analytical and logical skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Proven strong presentation.      
  • Relevant experience is an added advantage
  • Advance level in problem-solving skills and people management.
