1- Coordinate the change management for the development of a KM culture:
a. Communicate on the achievements, successes, roadmap and next deliveries to the teams and to the management
b. Support the operational (KM relays) on their work dedicated to the deployment of KM culture
c. Inform the operational teams on the tool evolutions and broadcast the best practices
2- Manage the operational knowledge capitalization in Bangalore & Asia and ensure its updating
a. Ensure all the operational documentations are stored in Sharepoint (no duplication, no parallel storage on an old Sharepoint)
3- Devise strategies at GSC level to promote Sharepoint and drive its growth through increased usage and thereby reduce the dependency of other storage mechanisms.
4- Conduct KM town hall meets and video conferences regularly with global KM teams to provide a wider scope for collaborations and brains storming sessions.
5- Ensure the site audit results are up to date and reflect the targeted KM strategies proposed for the fiscal year.
Communications & Events:
Internal Communications: Creation and implementation of targeted communication strategies for DFIN organization. Creation and managing of new channels and initiatives for employee engagement in alignment with the business goals. Content creation, editing and proofing of all communication that goes out to employees as part of any event or initiative.
Content and campaigns: Conceptualize brand development and execution of various campaigns. Creation of strong internal brands and ensuring brand consistency in letter and spirit. Content generation and creating an effective pipeline which showcases organizational developments and success stories. The ability to distill complex initiatives/business developments into simple and effective messages will be key to this position.
Group Communications - Supporting the joint initiatives with counterparts in other SG Group entities in India and develop common platforms for communication
Channels and Events: Manage DFIN contribution on the corporate intranets/portals, organizational mass channels. Work with the technical team for design and usability enhancements of intranets. Ensuring that the channels are dynamic and engaging while also being compliant with the brand guidelines. Also responsible for organization wide events and engagements which are to be of the highest quality.
