Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: -
•    Review of draft credit documents, checking of credit approvals and preparing facility letters / documents, advising approved credit facilities to Business Lines, corporate clients.
•    Verification of documents executed by clients & ensuring the completeness of pre-activation check points.
•    Activating & Setting limits in systems for credit facilities.
•    Tracking the post disbursement covenants & conditions as per the credit approvals. 
•    Monitoring timely receipt of stock statements, insurance policies, drawing power calculations.                  
•    Completing necessary formalities to control the excess limits.
•    Security Creation/ ROC & CERSAI charge registration.
•    Keep a close track of SBLC maturities & follow up for renewal. 
•    Ensure timely submission of all data pertaining to Risk Based Supervision (RBS) reporting requirements of the RBI
•    Storing of documents in E3F 
•    Keep a track of the covenants and update in Covtrack
•    Preparing the monthly Dashboard  
•    Assisting Department Head in attending to RBI / external / internal auditors related matters. 
•    Co-operate with the Head - SMO to ensure that the department works as a team
•    Review and update SOP.
•    Ensure proper training to new joiners. Help Department head on skill matrix.
•    Check all Credit related reports (MIS / HO / RBI) where required, and ensure its timely submission
•    Ensure strict adherence to RBI norms applicable for credit administration such as periodic exchange of information amongst Banks, monitoring of un-hedged FX exposures, etc. (this is just illustrative and not exhaustive)
•    Ensure timely declaration of managerial controls.
•    Review, interpret and analyze financial statements, annual reports/review and performance reports
•    Interact with multiple stakeholders such as business, risk, legal and back office

Profile required

Academic Background (degree and major): Post Graduate / MBA with Legal background and Relevant certification under the RBI Capacity Building Policy
Relevant Working Experience in number of years: 7 to 10 years relevant experience in Loans/Credit Administration 
Skills & Competencies required:
-    knowledge of Regulatory Requirements related to Credit and SMO. Working knowledge on Project Finance and Structured Finance.
-    Complete knowledge about credit, policies and operations.
-    Working knowledge of legal documents
-    Knowledge on Operational Procedures.
-    Knowledge on Finacle and LoanIQ
Language Skills: English
Computer Skill: MS Office / Other Banking Systems
