The main role of the candidate will be the execution of new securitisation transactions in the Italian jurisdictions, in addition to monitor and manage existing transactions within the book.

In its role, she/he will also coordinate the more junior resources working on each transaction.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Within the Asset Backed Product business line, the Financial Institution and Advisory group provides financial institutions across Europe with financing, liquidity, repackaging, distribution, tax enhancement and regulatory solutions, leveraging on covered bonds, secured funding and securitization techniques.

Profile required

Studies & experience:

  • University degree in Finance/Banking;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in securitisation / asset backed financing.

Language skills:

  • Italian – advanced or native;
  • English proficiency;
  • Other languages will be considered an asset.

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

  • Autonomy and team spirit;
  • Solid knowledge of the analytics underlying the securitisation (data analysis, modelling, tranching, rating);
  • Able to manage the documentation aspects and organize the job of the different parties involved in the transaction execution;
  • Demonstrate highest standards of conduct and behaviour, in particular when interacting with market counterparties, clients and colleagues.
