Responsibilities:

The Canada Early Talent Program Manager position is responsible for building out and continuing to evolve and elevate a robust, structured, and competitive early talent program in Canada. As part of those responsibilities, the Campus Program Manager will oversee the acquisition, development, and promotion of all SG’s junior analyst programs including summer interns and full-time analysts.   

The Canada Campus Program Manager is part of the Regional Campus Program Team and will support the regional efforts, building resilience and leveraging on cross border experience.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Partner with executive level professionals, hiring managers, and Employee Resource Group members to develop and drive the campus and early talent recruitment strategy in the Americas region. 
  • Work with regional management to promote the SG brand on campuses at colleges and universities for Montreal office.
  • Create innovative campus programming throughout the year to help attract diverse talent to SG.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and best practices, including Montreal co-op programs, and deliver regular market intelligence to the business; Benchmark SG’s program to the industry.
  • Partner with HR subject matter experts to develop robust training, networking, and CSR activities to engage interns and analysts during their tenure with SG.
  • Drive the conversion of high-performing Summer Analysts into the Full-Time Analyst Program
  • Monitor program performance and regularly report on program metrics and continue to review and improve data related to the program.
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to keep them abreast of program timelines, actions, and deliverables that require attention (e.g., Executive Committee Members, HR Business Partners, Compensation team, Business Partners, Business Chief Operating Offers/Chief of Staff, etc.).
  • Manage the effective onboarding of new interns and analysts to ensure both a positive experience, accuracy in data and compliance with all hiring regulations and practices. 

Profile required

Skills and Qualifications:

Must Have:

  1. 4-7 years of relevant program management experience with a background or experience in Human Resources.
  2. Experience developing and promoting a Campus Program strategy in the Canada and/or US market and benchmarking and evaluating program success would be ideal.

3.     Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to effectively interact, influence, and present to varying levels of SG leadership

  1. Education- B.S. / B.A. degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
  2. Language(s) French
  • Fluent in both English and French
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
