Senior Techno-Functional consultant with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience to work with us on the IT Modernization program as an Assessment Lead.
The person would come with very strong consulting background and experience in IT Modernization and Transformation programs. S/he will come with a strong functional understanding of the banking domain with a good exposure on Infrastructure and technical domains.
S/he will be responsible to define the Assessment Strategy and methodology for a Business Line, understand its setup and strategic and IT architecture priorities and align and adapt the framework accordingly.
Strong sense of ownership and hands-on leadership is expected.
The role would include the ability to train, mentor, the project managers on the assessment framework and help them scale the framework across the business. Liaison and consultative skills; negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests. Presentation and written communication skills, including proposal writing. Ability to advise on complex matters to non-specialists and demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on program requirements and deliverables. Highly developed business acumen and skilled at requirements analysis and management. Quality & Risk Management Uses extensive knowledge of formal and informal networking and decision-making structures to gain support for project objectives. Effectively manages sponsor and stakeholder relations to ensure commitment and involvement with project. Maintains an extensive network of senior individuals, regulatory agencies and the project management community. Looks for new ideas and innovative approaches that can be implemented to improve results.
