Responsibilities

Our application is used for the management of collateral on Lend & Borrow and Repo product.

It’s used by front office and middle office and provides different services: Collateral exposure computation, Security eligibility service to collateralization, Optimization of movement on collateral proposal, Middle office workflow to manage collateral with counterparts.

Application is key for MARK financing pre-trade and collateral workflow.

Key functional points:

•Lend & Borrow / Repo product;

•Collateral exposure & position computation; Collateral optimization and stress testing;

•Matching of available stocks vs contract & constraints;

•Front office optimization process;

•Middle office collateral workflow: exposure computation, counterpart exchanges automation, booking of collateral;

•Reports on business processes.



 What you will do:

•Respond to requests for studies and projects;

•Design solutions with development teams and business partners;

•Specify, implement and test in an iterative and agile way;

•Prepare for production, release and change management as well as roll out of delivered processes;

•Be the level 3 Support requiring functional expertise;

•Maintain a close relationship with Trading & Middle office teams and ensure that the final result responds to business needs;

•Co-Construct with business and IT, a product strategy and enhancement roadmap;

•Drive innovation by coming up with new ideas for our products and processes.

Profile required

•First experience in banking industry; first level skills in SQL;

•Adaptability, a good combination of rigor, creativity and communication skills;

•A responsible attitude and ambition in achieving your mission; Pragmatism, autonomy, team spirit;

•Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings; French knowledge is an advantage;

•Curiosity, listening, analysis and client service to understand and identify user needs and to respond to them in a concrete way. Help them in decision making.
