Responsibilities

-Elaborate and ensure Business standardised  communication content and vocabulary (provide clear , concise , logical and valid proposal/thoughts as solutioning to Requestors if required)
-Conduct self check (apply predefined controls/logical thoughts) and incase of clarification /opinion consult product controllers . Bench Mark to acheive at 99%
-Productivity to be maintained at 98% (of which 3% devoted to cross training on the process; 2 % reading /learning Industry topics like WEBINAR, SG News , SG Insite , CLIC Process sessions)
-Sensitive and adaptable to Business requirements in terms of Time Zone Coverage
-Recognise sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert Managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail . Further ensure to distribute process changes /change management / Business related information impacting process as part of Knowledge sharing initiative
-Incase of dependency in process escalate delay in response from dependent teams to Managers
-Lead on Process Improvements / Process Optimisation / Process Transformation by Sit ins with Product Controllers , Managers and Team members (contribute 10 min 15 max proposals)
-Master Group and GBIS Normative Standards as part of Change management initiatives and present /explain to team members
-Practice and Implement the concept of RACI (Responsible , Accountable , Control and Information) on deliverables

- Ref to Competency Guide reflect Teamspirit, Responsibilty , Commitiment and Innovation leading to increase in service impact to our clients
- Expert understanding of Client Data management concepts , Referential Systems and its functions / IT Arch in terms of designs/flows
- Expert understanding of Risk and Operational risk aspect of the process , Related process controls , Business Impact Assessment , Business Continuity Plan,Continuous Imp and Lean methods , Six sigma Expert concepts and CSLA

- Assist Team in CREW automation and change management process 
-Delivery of all automation related topics pertaining to GDO without much defects, required to maintain 100% accurate
- Lead all identified automation projects autonomously with validation of Onshore Partners 
-Deployment of CROSS services to KYU teams - enable the smooth transition of activities related to KYU teams
-Industrialization of the Doc & Data Utilities - identified Use Cases to be reviewed along with BU's and approval sought for implementation
- Lead Change management process with PCRU, BU's after every release, being available to them during the process thus ensuring complete transition / training

Profile required

  • This role desires a person who possesses a graduate or a post graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • He/she should have knowledge on sourcing of static data information of third parties from public and private data providers and analyzing, validating, proposing/updating the data in RCT, the SG group referential data base
  • Good Knowledge on Client Reference data .
  • Technical 

  • Knowledge in MS-Office tools
  • Navigating through Regional Registries/Regulators, External Regulated Sources.
  • Technical know-how of external providers will be an added advantage.
