The operations area is in charge of providing the products offered by the company. In the operations area of ALD Automotive are concentrated all the services that are provided to our customers such as: request, purchase and logistics of delivery of vehicles, maintenance appointments, preventive and corrective maintenance, management of vehicles, management of suppliers, insurance and claims, etc.

During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities :

  • Develop a project plan for each project.
  • Create and follow up the planning calendar (Planner) for the timely completion of tasks in order to achieve the goals established for the project. 
  • Constantly follow up on projects with the functional areas involved and with the stakeholders who have made the request, in order to avoid risks or delays in the project.
  • Schedule meetings with the committee to follow up on specific projects.
  • Create all the necessary material for the project, for its follow-up and formalization.
  • To have a vision of business analysis and identify areas of improvement of processes to make our performance more efficient.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of his/her efforts

Profile required

Your profile

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Project Management

A previous experience as Project Manager would be appreciated

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficient/Good command of MS Office

Fluent in English

Spanish is a plus

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Mexico is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12-24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that your VIE mission could potentially get postponed, depending on the evolution of the health crisis and subjects to the decision made by the Crisis and Support Centre of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE). In addition, the selected candidate will only be paid upon confirmation from Business France and arrival in the country of assignment.
