Responsibilities
- The main tasks will be the maintenance and development of SCD.
- Key services will be the 2nd level support of SCD that is functional customer care for clients and operating departments.
- Analyze and answer to the IT incidents/Service requests raised by the client or the business users.
- Communicate functional requirements to developers and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- High reactivity, pro-activeness, and autonomy within the team, and should have the agile mindset.
Profile required
Functional Skills - Mandatory
- Backoffice transactions like Trade processing, Broker matching, SWIFT generation, settlements, Corporate actions, Cash collateral, Reconciliation, Fees processing NAV calculation.
- Must have knowledge on entire Trade Life Cycle process.
- SCD knowledge
- Middle Office knowledge : Trade Manager, Netting Payment, Trade processing
- OTC products
- Implementation of new products
Technical Skills - Mandatory
- SQL: Beginner, should know to write basic SQL queries.
