Responsibilities

  • On AML subject, capability to works with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.
  • Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Profile required

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in the field of business analysis, investment banking
  • Strong fundamentals in Investment Banking, Capital markets, AML
  • Knowledge / experience on Capital Markets, Trade finance & trade life cycle
  • Knowledge in compliance or regulatory projects
  • Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
  • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
  • Experience on SQL or other structured query languages is a must.
  • Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders (including Operations team)
  • Collaboration on Agile practices, nice to have experience as scrum master
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases and utilize Modeling techniques.
  • Experience articulating requirements with design, development and testing teams.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, word, PowerPoint.
